The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced the schedule for the upcoming edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL), set to begin on March 26. The tournament will feature eight teams and will run until May 3, with matches played across six venues in Pakistan. Two new teams, Hyderabad Kingsmen and Rawalpindi Pindiz, have been added following the PSL auction. Each team will play 10 matches, with the top four qualifying for the playoffs. The final will be held at the PCB headquarters, Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore on May 3, with a reserve day on May 4 in case of rain. Lahore will host 15 matches, including the opening match, and Lahore Qalandars, the winners of previous editions, will play at least five matches at Gaddafi Stadium. The tournament will also feature 12 double-headers, with Islamabad United and Rawalpindi Pindiz serving as home sides at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium. Overall, the PSL promises an exciting season of cricket with intense competition between the top teams.
