The BCCI has announced the venues for the IPL playoffs, scheduled to take place between May 26 and 31. The first qualifier will be held at the HPCA Stadium in Dharamshala between the top two teams in the standings. The Eliminator will take place on May 27 at the New International Cricket Stadium in New Chandigarh, where the third and fourth-placed teams will compete. The same venue will also host the second qualifier on May 29, with the loser of Qualifier 1 facing the winner of the Eliminator. The final match will be held at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on May 31.

Due to operational and logistical considerations, the playoffs will be conducted across three venues this season. Bengaluru was originally set to host the final, but due to requirements from the local association and authorities, the venue has been shifted. The BCCI stated in a media release that this decision was made as a special case and was necessary to ensure compliance with established guidelines and protocols.

The schedule for the IPL 2026 Playoffs is as follows:
– Qualifier 1 on May 26 at HPCA Stadium, Dharamshala
– Eliminator on May 27 at New International Cricket Stadium, New Chandigarh
– Qualifier 2 on May 29 at New International Cricket Stadium, New Chandigarh
– Final on May 31 at Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad

The announcement was made on May 6, 2026.
