More than 170 experts, including IPL champions and World Cup winners, are set to provide commentary on JioStar, the official broadcaster of the Indian Twenty20 League for IPL 2025. New Zealand star Kane Williamson, a two-time IPL champion, will be making his debut in the commentators’ box. The network will offer coverage in multiple languages such as Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada on television, with live streaming available in 12 languages including English, Hindi, Marathi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and more.

Innovations for the 18th season of IPL include a special feed featuring cartoon characters Motu and Patlu as commentators, aimed at engaging young audiences and families. Additionally, a Hangout feed will feature content creators and stand-up comics for a fun and quirky take on the matches. The commentator panel includes renowned names like Ravi Shastri, Sunil Gavaskar, Harsha Bhogle, and more for the World Feed, while regional languages will have experts like Virender Sehwag, Sreesanth, Anil Kumble, and others.
