This remarkable win marked only the third time that RCB has successfully chased a target of 200 or more in the IPL. Their previous chase of 201 runs against Gujarat Titans in Ahmedabad last year demonstrated their ability to excel in high-pressure situations.
Securing a six-wicket victory in their final league-stage match of IPL 2025, RCB secured the second spot in the points table. This places them in a favorable position for the upcoming Qualifier 1 match against table-toppers Punjab Kings on Thursday in Mullanpur.
