The 19th season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) is all set to kick off with Royal Challengers Bangalore facing Sunrisers Hyderabad at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore on March 28. IPL 2026 will see matches being played at 10 different venues across India, including Bangalore, Mumbai, Guwahati, New Chandigarh, Lucknow, Kolkata, Chennai, Delhi, Ahmedabad, and Hyderabad.

Among these venues, the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium will host five home matches for Royal Challengers Bangalore, with two additional games scheduled to take place at the Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Cricket Stadium in Raipur. Similarly, Punjab Kings and Rajasthan Royals will also split their home matches between two venues. Punjab Kings will play four matches in New Chandigarh and three in Dharamsala, while Rajasthan Royals will have three home games in Guwahati and four in Jaipur.

The other venues for IPL 2026 include Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai, Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi, M.A. Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai, Ekana Stadium in Lucknow, Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad, Eden Gardens in Kolkata, and Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. Each of these venues will host a total of seven matches for their respective home teams.

The upcoming season of IPL promises to be an exciting one with matches scheduled at various iconic venues across the country. The tournament is set to begin on March 28 and fans can expect a thrilling competition among the top teams in the league.
