RCB bowler Suyash Sharma recently revealed his struggle with hernias before the franchise sent him to London for surgery before the IPL 2025 season. Suyash, who had been taking injections to cope with the pain and play matches, was unaware of the severity of his condition until the surgery revealed he had three hernias. Despite being advised to sit out the first few games, Suyash made a quick recovery and has played nine matches for RCB this season, picking up four wickets. His standout performance came against Punjab Kings, where he finished with figures of 2 for 26. Suyash expressed gratitude towards RCB for the care he received during his recovery, allowing him to fully regain fitness. RCB currently lead the points table with seven wins in 10 matches and will face Chennai Super Kings next on May 3. The 21-year-old’s journey from battling hernias to performing on the field showcases his resilience and determination in overcoming obstacles.
