Bollywood actress Ananya Panday brought her star power to the IPL celebrations at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai before the match between Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Mumbai Indians (MI). The young performer danced energetically to various songs, captivating the audience, especially Bollywood enthusiasts. Ananya’s father, actor Chunky Panday, who was present at the event, shared a video of her performance and described the atmosphere as “absolute electric.”
MI won the toss and chose to bowl against KKR in the match. Hardik Pandya, MI’s captain, mentioned that they aimed to kickstart their season with a win and were looking to play better cricket.
MI is still in search of their first win of the season, while KKR had a loss against Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) and a victory against Rajasthan Royals (RR) in their previous matches.
