To accommodate travelers heading to Ahmedabad for the IPL 2026 final on May 31, Akasa Air has introduced special direct flights from Bengaluru and Navi Mumbai. In addition to its regular services, the airline will operate four special flights on May 31 and June 1. These flights have been strategically timed to allow passengers to arrive in Ahmedabad before the final and return shortly after the match. Passengers can also enjoy live match updates and special cabin lighting features onboard.

Western Railway has also announced special AC Superfast trains between Mumbai Central and Ahmedabad on May 31 to cater to the increased demand. The trains will stop at Borivali, Vapi, Bharuch, Surat, and Vadodara in both directions. Passengers can book tickets for these trains starting May 30 through PRS counters and the IRCTC website. These additional travel options aim to provide greater flexibility and convenience for travelers attending the IPL final in Ahmedabad, enhancing their overall experience.
