Vaibhav Suryavanshi had a memorable Indian Premier League debut as the youngest-ever player in IPL history. The 14-year-old made an impact as an Impact substitute for the injured Sanju Samson during RR’s match against LSG in Jaipur. Suryavanshi showcased his talent by hitting a six off the first delivery he faced against Shardul Thakur and continued to impress by scoring quick runs against Avesh Khan and Digvesh Rathi. However, his innings came to an end when he was stumped by Rishabh Pant for 34 off 20 balls, leaving him visibly upset.

Former cricketer Murali Kartik noted Suryavanshi’s emotional state as he walked off the field, suggesting that the young player was in tears. Despite his valiant effort, LSG ultimately fell short in their chase, losing by two runs. RR fans found solace in Yashasvi Jaiswal’s impressive knock of 74 runs off 52 balls, which unfortunately ended up being the turning point of the game. Suryavanshi’s debut may have had its ups and downs, but it was certainly a memorable moment in IPL history.
