The BCCI has released the list of players who will be up for auction in the upcoming IPL 2025 mega auction in Jeddah on November 24 and 25. Out of the 1574 players who registered, only 574 will be part of the auction, with 366 being Indian players and 208 overseas players, including 3 from associate nations. The auction will feature 318 Indian uncapped players and 12 uncapped overseas players.
The marquee list includes 12 players divided into two sets – M1 and M2. Some of the notable players in the marquee set category are Jos Buttler, Shreyas Iyer, Rishabh Pant, Kagiso Rabada, Mitchell Starc, Yuzvendra Chahal, Liam Livingstone, KL Rahul, Mohammad Shami, Mohammad Siraj, and David Miller. Each player in the marquee list has a base price of 2 crores, except for David Miller who is priced at 1.5 crores. Fans are eagerly waiting to see which teams these players will be picked up by in the auction.
