The BCCI has officially released the schedule for the IPL 2025 season, set to kick off on March 22, 2025. The opening match will see RCB taking on the defending champions, Kolkata Knight Riders, at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata. RCB’s final league match will also be against KKR, this time in Bengaluru on May 17.
One of the most anticipated clashes of the season will be between RCB and CSK, with the first match scheduled for March 28 in Chennai and the return fixture on May 3 in Bengaluru. Each team will play 14 matches during the league phase, totaling 70 matches in the season. The playoffs will take place from May 20 to May 25, with Qualifier 1 and the Eliminator set for May 20 and 21 at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad. The tournament will conclude at the historic Eden Gardens, with Qualifier 2 and the final both being held in Kolkata.
RCB’s full schedule for IPL 2025 includes matches against various teams like GT, MI, DC, RR, PBKS, LSG, and SRH, with home games in Bengaluru and away games in cities like Mumbai, Jaipur, Mullanpur, Delhi, and Lucknow.
