The IPL Governing Council has released the full list of players for the upcoming mega auction scheduled to be held on November 24 and 25 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. A total of 574 players, including 366 Indian and 208 overseas players, will be participating in the auction. The ten teams will be looking to fill 204 slots, with 70 reserved for international players.

One of the highlights of the auction is veteran England pacer James Anderson, who, at 42, is the oldest player on the list. Anderson retired from Test cricket earlier this year but is still involved in the game as part of England’s backroom staff for red-ball cricket. He is listed in set number 67, which includes capped fast bowlers from around the world.

Another experienced English player, Jamie Overton, follows closely as the next oldest player at 41 and is included in the sixth set of all-rounders. Other notable players over the age of 40 in the auction include Faf du Plessis and Mohammad Nabi.
