Manish Pandey, the Indian cricketer from Kolkata Knight Riders, credits his family’s army background for instilling discipline and fitness in him from a young age. In a recent episode of ‘Train Like a Knight’ on KKR’s YouTube channel, Pandey shared insights into his daily routine and training regime. Growing up, he played multiple sports which laid a strong foundation for his fitness. He emphasized the importance of sticking to his fitness goals, including two strength and two cardio sessions per week.
