The BCCI unveiled the complete schedule for the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025, with defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) set to kick off their campaign against Royal Challengers Bengaluru on March 22 at the Eden Gardens Stadium in Kolkata. KKR secured their third IPL title last year by defeating Sunrisers Hyderabad in the final.

The 10-team league will commence 12 days after the Champions Trophy final on March 9 and will be hosted across 12 venues, including the traditional home grounds of the franchises and additional venues in Guwahati and Dharamsala.

KKR’s schedule for IPL 2025 includes matches against teams like Rajasthan Royals, Mumbai Indians, and Chennai Super Kings. Each team will play 14 matches during the league phase, totaling 70 matches. The playoffs are scheduled from May 20 to May 25, with the final taking place at the iconic Eden Gardens in Kolkata.

Other teams like Sunrisers Hyderabad, Rajasthan Royals, Royal Challengers Bengaluru, Chennai Super Kings, Gujarat Titans, Mumbai Indians, Lucknow Super Giants, Delhi Capitals, and Punjab Kings have also released their schedules for the upcoming IPL season.
