The BCCI has officially released the schedule for the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025. The reigning champions, Gujarat Titans (GT), will kick off their campaign against Punjab Kings on March 25 at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. Despite a disappointing performance in the previous season where they finished eighth on the table with only five wins in 14 matches, the Titans are looking to turn things around this year.
Each team will play a total of 14 matches during the league phase, making a total of 70 matches in the tournament. The playoffs are scheduled to take place from May 20 to May 25, with Qualifier 1 and the Eliminator happening on May 20 and 21 respectively at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad. The tournament will conclude at the iconic Eden Gardens in Kolkata, with Qualifier 2 and the final being held in the city.
