Glenn Maxwell of Punjab Kings set a new record for the most ducks in the history of the Indian Premier League (IPL) during the IPL 2025 match against Gujarat Titans. This marked his 19th duck in the IPL, surpassing the previous record holders Rohit Sharma and Dinesh Karthik who had 18 ducks each.
Maxwell was dismissed for zero runs by Titans spinner R Sai Kishore, adding to his unfortunate tally of ducks in the IPL. Earlier in the same season, Rohit Sharma had also fallen for a duck in a match against Gujarat Titans, bringing him level with Maxwell and Karthik.
