Chennai Super Kings’ iconic player Mahendra Singh Dhoni has sparked retirement rumors once again as he arrived in the city ahead of the upcoming Indian Premier League season. Fans were quick to notice Dhoni wearing a black T-shirt with a pattern of dots and dashes that, when decoded, spelled out “One Last Time” in Morse code. This led to speculation and trending hashtags on social media platforms.
Dhoni, who has played 264 matches for CSK and scored 5,243 runs while leading the team to five titles, will be attending the team’s pre-season training camp at the CSK High Performance Centre in Navalur. Captain Ruturaj Gaikwad, along with other players and support staff, have already arrived in Chennai for the camp.
Despite the retirement rumors, some fans believe that Dhoni may not be hanging up his boots just yet and could potentially continue playing for another season. The anticipation and excitement surrounding Dhoni’s future with the team continue to grow as the IPL season approaches.
